The buddypress translation has been resolved on your site live and also i’ve added these fixes to our theme and on the next update these will be included.

No, the photo with 10 value it’s default value and from there you can choose how many posts to pull.

Without custom development, you cannot achieve load more or pagination in Kelo post grid or to have video play in archive layout using Post Grid.

You can try to have load more feature using Kelo Posts using this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-load-more/ but I cannot offer support for that plugin, so check the plugin documentation.
