Those are compatible, please de-activate child theme and check again, also try to de-activate the rest of the plugins except woocommerce

if you de-activate child theme by activating parent kleo theme the issue continue to happens ?

Try also to de-activate all plugins except buddypress and check again

The Kleo theme 4.0.8 it’s compatible with the latest version of woocommerce maybe the problem is in child theme ?

Do you have child theme activated? it’s possible to have some rewritten templates in it.

When the blank page is displayed try to de-activate child theme by activating the parent theme instead to de-activating woocommerce.

Anyway please activate wp debug and reproduce the problem with the white page.

Follow these steps to enable wp debug:

•  Connect to your server by FTP
• Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
• Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

•   After this line add this:

WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).

Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.

Hi,

the group widget can be added from wp-admin -> appearance -> widgets look for buddypress groups and put it in your desired sidebar.

Also if you want to re-import the page that you have deleted, go to wp-admin -> appearance -> theme demo data -> import specific page -> dashboard ( it’s the homepage from demo )

Sorry Sweetdate… i’ve made a confusion, if you are live ,i understand you will have to clone your website to a development environment and to begin the debugging process by de-activating plugins child theme etc.

I’ve tried and i confirm this, but i’ve switched to default wordpress theme twenty sixteen and same issue is occurred, it seems that this issue is not related to the Kleo theme and it’s seems to be related to the rtMedia.

You can report this on they forum support.
