Hi,

Ok this thing confirmed that is something wrong with the mentions in kleo theme.

I will add this on the bug list and will be fixed… i don’t know an exact date, but when we schedule this we will announce you.

Also if you have some additional details or steps to re-produce or some video anything that helps the dev to figure our and to reproduce this faster

To understand exact the behaviour , only if you add Kleo elements from VC and if you remove the elements the problem disappear ?

In first instance you can try to increase php memory allocation please read how to here : http://seventhqueen.com/blog/code-snippets/increase-php-memory-limit-in-wordpress.html

After you increase the phpmax memory and you still have same issue,
Please update the theme to latest version 4.0.7 if you don’t have it already and the afferent plugins except woocommerce, you can check the plugin update status from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.

If this is useless please follow these steps to enable wp debug:

•  Connect to your server by FTP
• Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
• Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

•   After this line add this:

Note : Child theme needs to be installed and activated

Try to de-activate all plugins except buddypress, visual composer and k-elements and try again,to see if this continue to happens, also you can try to de-activate child theme to see if caused by this.

Also make sure that you have latest theme version 4.0.7 and also latest buddypress version.

Please provide link to the plugin that you are using and also try to use that feature on wordpress default theme in this way we can figure out if this is caused by our theme or by Visual composer

From what i know the theme works on 5.6 php , please de-activate all plugins then enable it back one by one to identify what causes that.

The home register layout has available only the fields that you see on demo, the rest of the fields will be shown and completed on the original buddypress register page.

In buddypress page settings ( Wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages -> Register ) should be assigned the original buddypress page to can system work, and it’s not possible to have the shortcode page as original buddypress reigster page.
