This is shown when i clicked on the login via facebook from computer, follow this link please http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30085246/app-not-setup-this-app-is-still-in-development-mode

You can do the small logo more smaller with this css

COPY CODE

.kleo-navbar-fixed .kleo-main-header.header-scrolled strong.logo img {
    padding: 3px;
}

Replace 3px with your desired value

Height of the navbar-scrolled can be changed with this css

COPY CODE

.kleo-main-header.header-normal.header-scrolled {
    height: 100px;
}

If you want to change the function that calculate the logo dimensions on scroll you will have to look in this file

/wp-content/themes/kleo/assets/js/app.js line 2087
