Please give 755 permissions to kleo theme folder, then follow this http://tahirtaous.blogspot.ro/2012/04/how-to-hodedisable-php-errors-in-wamp.html

You will have to configure your wamp to show only errors to try if this is not a cause for that, also the permissions can be a cause.

You can enable/disable Main Menu Full Width from wp-admin -> theme options -> Opciones de encabezado -> Main Menu Full Width.

Now i’ve set it Main Menu Full Width on.

The theme has a similar layout as tha site that you given as example : http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/news-magazine/ , you can import this layout into your site from wp-admin -> apperace -> demo data -> Home News Magazine.

You can try Kleo post and post grid to see if will satisfy your needs

Yes, on my locally install the pretty photo it works, try to deactivate all plugins except visual composer and k-elements and try again to create a small gallery what using prettyphoto

The problem comes from this plugin : magee-shortcodes it loads again the bootstrap js and css library over the theme bootstrap library.. look in that plugin in settings panel for an option to disable loading the bootstrap framework.

I think you will have to disable wp debug, go to root folder where the wp is installed look for wp-config.php open it, then look for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); and change it to define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
