Most probably is because you an old kleo theme 3.0.7 our latest version is 4.0.4, please update the theme to latest version and the afferent plugins you can check the plugin status update after theme update in wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.

You can try to specify font size for headings in vh or vw.

If you want to control better this on mobile your can have another rule under 700 px form exaple

I think the problem is caused by some security plugin or something, try to deactivate all plugins except buddypress,k-elements and visual composer, then enable it back one by one to identify what causes this.

Nope, i cannot,

FRom what i see only video format that rtmedia it allows is mp4 also make sure that you allow video upload form wp-admin -> rtmedia -> settings -> types -> Video ON.

You can try to repair user meta from wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress -> check Repair total members count. and Repair member “last activity” data.

This seems to be some JS related maybe a conflict with some plugin, can you please provide an url ?
Your theme is latest version ? also make sure if the plugins are updated to from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.
