Do you receive any error ? If not please enable wp_debug function / https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG#Usage enable also the wp_debug_log to store all errors

Please enable these functions and repeat your action then see on screen if any error is shown if not please check the debug.log file from wp-content/ directory.

For some reason the shortcode content from this page is not running

Most probably this page using another shortcodes that are not recognized by k-elements and from i can see that shortcode content comes from another theme, avada.

Can you try to make a dummy content in Visual Composer it should work

Your issue it seems to be caused by the crowdfunding plugin ( see screenshot )

Our theme works fine the problem comes from that plugin by breaking the json response.

A quick solution is to disable k-elements plugin but it will remove some important theme functionalities

But i don’t think it will make any difference.

Regarding the product additional gray images on our demo http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/shop/premium-quality/ on apple devices your described behaviour is not happend.

Your issue can be caused by some plugins that you have installed or by some custom modifications to the theme or by a cache plugin.

To see if some plugin causes this please disable all plugin excepting plugins that comes with the theme woocommerce/buddypress/bbpress/pmpro/revslider/ , then repeat the action to see if the problem disappears
