Mark as a solutionHi, sorry for the delay, we need to do some tests but indeed the K-elements plugin takes care of adding all the customizations to the VIsual composer plugin and that could be the cause since we modify some elements.

This is a undeniable case where our theme can’t interfere since it is disabled. You can re-upload the images , maybe it was a server issue at the moment.
If our theme is nor responsible for that, please consider doing the debugging on your server and consider the help of a developer to identify the cause.Cheers

Also you set the header not to be transparent from page edit in admin area. That is what makes the content of the first section to be part of the header.Please consider the help of a developer is you need help with the changes since we handle theme issues or other problems but not customizations. I am sure you understand.

Your problems are mostly related to the plugin so I suggest to test them when you have the default theme installed to make sure it is nothing theme related
