Hi, that is because the topics are private by default now.
It is the first part from the series of improving customer support by letting go of bbPress topics search which is not so accurate and to replace it with Knowledge base articles.

You can set a custom height there so it should suit your needs.

Thanks for being our customer.Hi there, if you want those to also act as links and not just to open the dropdown with content then you must change the how the menu dropdown opens and set it to open on hover so you have the click to open the link.
Change it from WP admin – Customize – Header Settings – Dropdown menu trigger – Hover
