My host WP Engine support ticket replied with this message:

    Hi John,

I confirmed that the max_input_vars was changed to 3000 on your site. Would you be able to confirm with the menu developer if there is an additional setting we can change? I also created a phpinfo page for your site to confirm all php settings on your site which can be viewed here:

    http://matchingplayers.com/phpinfo.php.

I checked the error logs as well on your site and do not see any errors being generated. We would be more than glad to look into any changes and settings your plugin developer may recommend.

Should you have any further issues or questions, please do not hesitate to reply to this email and we will gladly assist.

    Best regards

Hi again. the code in the sweetdate child custom-buddypress file is telling the site to display the names under the profile pictures on the scrolling members area. I dont know why this is now partly hidden. Please see the attached screenshot and the code from the child theme custom_buddypress folder. All I need please is for the visibility area to be taller. This is getting urgent please. thank you

It only shows on the home page in the profile search fields. I disabled all my plugins one by one and the error is still there. Please help if you can.

Hello. Thank you, I will explain more.

I want to add a members list on a certain page (similar to [kleo_members]), but I need to tailor this list only to include members who have inputted a specific entry from the dropdown list on registration. This was a list of sports. For example on the squash page, I want a list of members who ticked squash. On the rugby page, a list of members who ticked rugby etc. Presnetly the nearest shortcode available is [kleo_members]. I think that if I find the php page that the shortcode lives, then I can add a new shortcode there and copy some of the script from this into the new shortcode.

Does this seem clear? Please let me know where this php page is, or what the php page is called, so I can add a new shortcode there.

    Thank you

    John.

    Thanks for your answer.

I tried obtaining the API key, but failed. I was in the middle of transferring the domain name, so it ended with my site not authorized, i dont know how to request this again.

    Any ideas please?

    Thank you.
