February 5, 2016 at 00:23 in reply to: How do I sovle this query issues due to the stings with "?" #102234KosiiiParticipant
Sorry for opening this thread again, but it is relevant to my question.
Ive been using this script for some time now and it improves the loading of the site, BUT it hides the “Post” button in the groups and profile when I want to post an update.
Is there a way to do this, but not have this consequence ?
KosiiiParticipantOn the activity stream I get this error now!!!
[vc_row][vc_column]This shortcode must have Buddypress installed and activity component activated.[/vc_column][/vc_row]
KosiiiParticipantIve got a similar issue as well! Installed a “log in to access pages”-plugin and then it all crashed. Removed/deleted the plugin folder but the front end only shows the visual composer codes. Tried and deactivated plugins, but the problem remains.
The latest Kleo update took place on 29th of November. Is there an new Visual Composer version available I can download somewhere? Ive got the Version 4.8.1
KosiiiParticipantBut it is not necessary at all for images in blogposts and pages! Not user friendly either. Im interested on finding a solution, so if the developer can suggest a fix, please let me know.
KosiiiParticipantI did apply that and it had no effect, the photo still pops up in lightbox environment. I followed the instructions in the link i posted previously.
KosiiiParticipantHow ever, I still get this error:
/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/depreciated/js/jquery-scroll-to.min.js
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
KosiiiParticipantUpdate:
Ok I found out that Kleo does not play well with Lazy load plugin which is a great plugin. Works uploading images and cropping them as usually.
KosiiiParticipantI downloaded a few days ago an that version is the 3.1.2 NOT 3.1.3. Meaning it hasnt been updated at themeforest yet.
This is the error I get I see now:
/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/depreciated/js/jquery-scroll-to.min.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
KosiiiParticipantDo you have a screen shot of the setting for this example?
One option is to put it as the only thing in the main menu. Here’s an example of that: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/resume/
KosiiiParticipantI downloaded that version a few days ago. And it was the 3.1.2 Buzz them about it 😉
Tried now again to update the group avatar and the same issue still occurs. The image is being uploaded but the cropping function makes it so small that it is impossible to resize the image to its normal dimension.
KosiiiParticipantWhere exactly is the 3.1.3 version??
http://themeforest.net/item/kleo-next-level-wordpress-theme/6776630#item-description__changelog
KosiiiParticipantIve got this in my function file:
add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘load_buddypress_js’ );
function load_buddypress_js () {
if (bp_is_group()) {
wp_enqueue_script(‘buddypress_query’,plugins_url() . ‘/buddypress/bp-core/js/jquery-query.min.js’,array(“jquery”));
wp_enqueue_script(‘buddypress_members’,plugins_url() . ‘/buddypress/bp-core/js/widget-members.min.js’,array(“jquery”));
wp_enqueue_script(‘buddypress_cookie’,plugins_url() . ‘/buddypress/bp-core/js/jquery-cookie.min.js’,array(“jquery”));
wp_enqueue_script(‘buddypress_scroll’,plugins_url() . ‘/buddypress/bp-core/depreciated/js/jquery-scroll-to.min.js’,array(“jquery”));
wp_enqueue_script(‘buddypress_js’,get_template_directory_uri() . ‘/buddypress/js/buddypress.min.js’,array(“jquery”));
}
}Will update and let you know..
KosiiiParticipantSo you mean that a jquery conflict causes the issue with the group avatar??
Kleo Version: 3.1.2
KosiiiParticipant1. I cant check with the wp themes as the site is LIVE and users are logged in.
2. I have the latest Kleo and Buddypress. I use child theme if thats important.
3. Im checking for plugin conflicts but dont see anything at the moment.
Btw. Also the post button in the activities does not show.
KosiiiParticipantAlso this error:
wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?callback=jQuery1113030504409197440474_1448741583376
What has gone wrong?
KosiiiParticipantHey I need some help here!
Anyone?
I get this error:
action=booking_add&event_id=40&_wpnonce=eaf6c314a2&em_tickets%5B72%5D%5Bspaces%5D=1&booking_comment=
Looks like the ajax is out of order after the latest update of your theme!
KosiiiParticipantHi again,
Thats a super heavy plugin which asks users to register through that system, which I dont like.Is there an other way to do this with out plugins? Every time a non-loged in user clicks on someones profile, or forums to get the log in form or link ?
KosiiiParticipantTalking of disabling plugins. Will there be any issues is Woocommerce is uninstalled since it is not used in my case. Or is it necesary for registering users?
KosiiiParticipantI have seen that suggestion of yours in an other topic.
How about the font icons that do not show anymore?
Will test the rest of the plugins you suggest but the idea is to have as few plugins as possible!!!
KosiiiParticipantIm hoping the devs in here can give us a tip. Im also interested on implementing the same thing.
KosiiiParticipantWill this solution limit or damage the SEO of the site! Will titles from groups, forums, blogposts etc still be reachable for search engines?
May 18, 2015 at 20:02 in reply to: Is there a way to integrate Login Screen into front page, eliminating login page #59286KosiiiParticipantHi there,
For not opening a new thread as my question is related to this that you wrote further up :The current style is “see-through”. Or you can try removing see-through and adding you own style.
Do you have a list of the shortcodes that can be added? I want to remove the see throught and change the color to something else than white!
