1- This page is only a pre-register page, it redirects to the register page of buddypress, you cannot edit the fields shown
2- If you select ANY page as register page of buddypress settings, it will replace it with buddypress register page. The default is to have register page as a pre-registration and then at buddypress settings, a blank page selected as registration page

Hello, you cannot change the url as this means changing some core functions that could not work correctly after that change. For the words you can use the plugin Loco Translate and go to Loco Translate – plugins – Buddypress, select your language to change words. Same at loco translate – themes – Kleo and also loco translate – plugins – k elements

Hello, WordPress 5.0 its a major update and creates some bugs with other plugins, i suggest to stay with your current version for the moment.
About kleo updates, if envato market is not working right now, try a manual update as explained here https://archived.seventhqueen.com/kleo/article/updating-the-theme
