Hello, you will need to edit the profile page files, found at theme files, at sweetdate/members/single
But you need to copy those folders to the child theme and edit it there so your changes are not lost in future updates.
Sadly we cant help you with custom requests, we can only help with small style changes

Hello, making the register page the homepage will always redirect users to it, so the homepage should be another page, maybe add a page with a registration button only visible to guest,s using the VC element and then the rest for logged in users, using the same element
For the title there is not an option for that
