Hello, you could do this if you edit footer.php but you need the help of a developer.
Make sure to makes changes at the child theme by copying footer.php to the child theme and editing it there 🙂

Hello, you do not need the pro version of pmpro, as the free one should work properly.
Paid Memberships Pro doesnt offer free support, we cant do nothing about it sadly 🙁
About the license, if it doesnt let you add levels, uninstall it and install it again using the theme plugin install
