Hello, well, as i cant access your site, i will try to explain how to do this:
At your website, right click the icon you want to change, (using google chrome) and click Inspect Element
You should see something like < i class=”icon……..”>
Copy what its inside the class “copy this”
And go to style.css of child theme
Add this

COPY CODE

}

The content code is the icon, you can find icon codes here https://icomoon.io/app/#/select (they may not be the same)

For the fisheye icon use this

Hello, there is no take a photo option for me, maybe only you can see it. Try to disable all plugins but buddypress and see if it works, if not, try with a wordpress default theme, let me know 🙂

Hello, that is the wordpress admin bar, is not part of the theme its default at wordpress 🙂
This removes the logo https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/remove-wp-logo-from-admin-bar/
For the menu in a widget, you can try using a menu, check https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/buddypress-links-in-wordpress-menus/
