Hello, i see,to edit that you will need to edit the php, which is general-popups.php at page-parts folder. You need to create a page-parts folder at child theme and paste that file there, then edit it. You may need the help of a developer if you do not know php

Hello, check Users > Profile fields to translate profile fields
To translate buddypress(you need to activate buddypress) or the theme
go to Loco Translate, find the theme/plugin , select your language, and search for the word to change, then change it at the box below the word, then save.

For the checkbox you need to find a newsletter plugin that allows you to do that, try to google “newsletter buddypress registration”

For the not mandatory form, that is not available, but you could install the force profile completion plugin, so they are redirected to their profile to fill their profile fields
