Hello, at the page editor, scroll t find the theme settings, you will be ableto disable side menu there.
For restrictions to users as you have the landing page set as homepage your logo links to it. You could edit the landing page and use the visual composer element to hide stuff for guests or visitors.
Then place the elements fro visitors where logged in users cant see it.

Hello, that would require modifying the wordpress admin style. As is a screen you only see i would suggest to not do nothing.
If you still want to d so, you will need t add a wordpress admin css plugin to be able to change the style
