To moderate users, try https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/bp-registration-options/ this plugin has options to moderate new user registration 🙂
Maybe you do not see the other users because they start to appear when they login for the first time
Private pages are visible only for the admin 🙂 To have private pages only visible for certain users you can use paid memberships pro 🙂
For the top bar information, check at header section of theme options 🙂

For the sticky menu, at the general options you will see the small logo option, that is the one that uses the sticky menu

To make bp profile search work , you need to create a form at the users section, also need to have fields at users > profile fields

The 6th question, can you explain it a bit more please? 🙂

You can use a widget visibility plugin to manage plugins visible for logged in users, certain pages etc

For the last question, you can create a ne email or place a random one, but users cant have same email

Hello, as @rikbutterflyskull said, they are different themes but using the same wordpress database, to use kleo for landing page you can use a multisite or a plugin that lets you select a theme for specific page
