I think there it’s a problem with a cookie stored in chrome browser try to test it from chrome but from incognito.

I’m not able to reproduce that loop… maybe it’s because of some extension ? or because some cookies ? try in incognito

Hi,

Did you have tested if other plugin can make a possible conflict? if not de-activate all plugins except social articles.

Make sure to have all plugins updated and also the theme.

Try also to de-activate child theme then test again.

Before all of those use default wp theme twenty seventeen to see if the problems are the same, if yes it means that has nothing to do with the theme and you should ask the plugin author

In database the code are sored and all website settings like plugin settings and wp settings, I recommend you to get help from a developer/web developer to achieve that.

That’s odd, can you ask please on the wp engine support about this issue?

We have made some changes related to wp engine few times ago that fixes exactly the same issue, but now it happens the same.

Ask please them what should be the post URL of the login data with what parameters, of if they have a guide for this to provide to us.

Please follow these steps to enable wp debug:

•  Connect to your server by FTP
• Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
• Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

•   After this line add this:

WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).

Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.

If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.

After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.

Ok, that’s odd, do you have posibility to test this behaviour but on a english text install ? the name of the categories should be in english not Chinese for testing propouse.

So the issue can be caused by the characters type, let me know if you are able to reproduce the issue on english site.

Just I’ve tested to reproduce the issue that you describe, but after I’ve created the join page forms after I’ve pressed button register the account has been created directly.

I saw that, that’s because the pop-up post data to wp-login.php page and on your site it receive 503 error for the first time, then second and third times you can login without any problem from pop-up,

Do you have some securiry pluin like wanguard or sucuri ? if yes try to de-acitvate those and test again

I saw the problems that you are reported but I think those are caused by some custom code or by some plugin?

Try to do the next, please de-activate all plugins except BuddyPress and BuddyPress multilingual plugin and also the child theme, then check again if you a can reproduce the issue, if yes i need an admin account and also a FTP access to the files.

Please do the things again, on my local install there is no error and the solution it;s ok it allows you to change the breadcrumb html structure.

1. Replace the content of this file : /Applications/XAMPP/htdocs/kleo/wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/theme-functions.php with this one : https://pastebin.com/raw/0DmHYS25

2. Paste the code from pastebin to wp-content/themes/kleo-child/functions.php : https://pastebin.com/raw/dabyZiWc

Here you will do the html structure change.

You should be able to handle php errors if you are php dev.

The plugin option values are stored in the database and you should make in first place a database backup then to search on entire tables for that certain code and to delete it from the database then re-install plugin and that’s all

The problem it’s because dynamic.css is not generated, try to save theme options again, then the dynamic.css file it should be generated and the site to look as it should.
