I’ve forgotten to mention, that functionality works only for logged in users and that was the reason for generating a 404 link because the guest users cannot send messages, now the icon will appear only for logged in users and it should work

If the icon it’s still there and it’s visible as guest user you haven’t replaced the file, so please make sure to correctly replace the file content with this one : http://pastebin.com/raw/XN3Y0W1s

It works ?

But you cannot translate ” ERROR: Invalid username” not “Wrong username or password. Please try again.” as you can see it uses a translate function __() having kleo_framework

What you need to achieve it’s something custom that cannot be achieved by us, as a suggestion if you will move the KB to the same database like KLEO you will be able to search in it!

IF this possibility not exists you should modify the kleo search logic

Just tried to reproduce that on my local install using same settings and it works as it should did you have rewritten the testimonials functionality in child theme ?

Disabling child theme + all plugins excluding visual composer and k-elements this will behaves normally ? also don’t forgot to empty all caches

Test please in a dummy page to add only testimonials module using same settings and test
