I’m unable to view the member’s page it redirects me to homepage maybe I should login ?

did you have all things updated like WordPress and rest of the plugins? You can check for the plugin updates from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.

If you de-activate child theme the website works ok ? Let me know

That string belongs to WordPress not to kleo_framework try to search that string in wordpress

Hi,

the problem it’s because in the past using that account to login with FB to your site you have unchecked the email address and creating an account without an email address in WordPress it’s not possible

The error says clearly the reason “please click again login with facebook and allow the application to use your email address”

So you will have to login to that facebook account with the problem and to delete the app access and then to connect again and to allow by default without unchecking anything

So you will have to go to this link and to remove the app that it’s used to connect to your website

I see,

Those should remain if you have moved the database and if you have replaced in the entire database old domain with new one… If you had the install on a staging server try to ask the hosting company to deploy back on the staging subdomain to can get back those settings.

You can pull the info’s from the WordPress profile like first name and last name using this method: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_currentuserinfo#Default_Usage

You can use those also in members-loop.php file

As an example

$FirstName = xprofile_get_field_data(‘1′, bp_get_member_user_id());
$LastName = xprofile_get_field_data(’41’, bp_get_member_user_id());

$FirstName = $current_user->user_firstname;
}

if(empty($LastName)){

For further development, I recommend hiring a developer since those are not theme problems and those are custom things.

The changes should remain there even on theme update I've updated to many times manually and automatically from WordPress dashboard and I haven't loose the changes in the child theme. You can add the custom CSS in child theme wp-content/themes/kleo-child/style.css You can ask from hosting company for a files + database backup from the day where customizations were there but before that bacakup your current files+db Cheers R.

That solution works only with profile ids and you should add the ID of the field form wp-admin -> users -> profile fields ->

From example, Name field has id 1 and the second name will have a different ID depends on by how and when you have created that field and that’s all

I think there it’s an isolated problem, not a general one caused by your changes in the child theme or by using another plugin that can interfere with the actual setup.

Try to leave bbpress,visual composer,buddypress and k-elements plugins activated and de-activate the rest and also the child theme, then you will see it’s no problem with bbpress or with kleo and bbpress

WE don’t change the logic of reset password, we use like WordPress does, try to use wp default theme and to reset the pass keeping that plugin active with the same settings to see if the scenario can be reproduced
