@aatefsoliman please provide an example page that belongs to BuddyPress from your website.

And please make a screenshot from wp-admin -> theme options -> header options to see what type of header are you using, can you play with those by changing the type of the header to test if the menu it’s duplicated only for certain type/s of the menus.

Just I’ve tested, and for this, it should be made an integration, I will add this on improvement list and maybe in future this will be done
