The theme-functions cannot be overwritten in child

You can add floating text, directly in header, next to logo… kind of.. here: wp-content/themes/kleo-child/page-parts/general-header-section.php

For the moment the maximum levels that kleo can show is 3… and we don’t have any quick solution/fix for this…

Your debug not says nothing about some error…. please de-activate all plugins, activate theme plugins, then, activate back the rest of the plugins, and refresh the page to see what plugin causes this, do like this until you find the “problematic” plugin
