Do you have activated debug ? what errors shows debug ?

I think your issue is cause by some plugin

If you cannot handle with debug, provide ftp to do that for you..

Notice : I will have to disable all plugins to test if one of them causes this, of you can do that.

It was about location of the language files and also for the name of the lang files

The current path of you lang files are, in past it was in another location with other name

wp-content/languages/themes/kleo_framework-fr_FR.po and
wp-content/languages/themes/kleo_framework-fr_FR.mo

Hi,

I cannot email you the plugin, because s bundled in theme i don’t have it separately, before running procedure from above, please make sure that you have theme updated to latest version 4.0.5 then follow the previous procedure.

If you get error forbidden page in the install plugins it means that is some problems there, please disable all plugins first, deactivate child theme, by activating the parent, then perform plugins update.

As you can see the users has already did it…

Please follow again the procedure with all plugins and child theme deactivated.

Hi,

By default i don’t think it will work… i think you will have to create and implement a logic for that.

For anything that theme doesn’t have or you need something different you should hire a programmer/web developer to achieve what you need.

Go to wp-admin ->pages look for your homepage -> edit, then look at this video : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxo5b6iHWRMwZExuR3VUYW1TNlU/view

Play with the settings, most probably the header is hidden for that page

Hi Radu,

I have found another way to update the Visual Composer:

The steps that worked for me were:
1.) Backup
2.) Deactivate Visual Composer
3.) Delete Visual Composer
3.) Go to Appearance – Install plugins and re-install Visual Composer

Now it works again.

Sorry that my requests got a little messy but it is okay now haha 🙂

The css should be added in wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css
By this selector body.archive.post-type-archive.post-type-archive-product.woocommerce.woocommerce-page #main section.container-wrap.main-color the css should apply only to the shop page, but also you can add the css here : https://cdn.seventhqueen.com/sq-support/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/VC_custom-CSS.png and it will applies only to that page.

The sidebar bg can be changed like this if you will paste this in quick css it will apply site-wide

Instead red you can add color code or another name of color.
