These variables are reserved by the server and they don’t need to be included in script, they are runned directly. http://php.net/manual/ro/reserved.variables.server.php

Anyways, i suggest you to made a re-upload to the theme files.

On my local install your described issue doesn’t not exists.

This can be caused by some security settings to your server, first try to disable all your plugins then repeat the action, if you still see this error, contact your hosting company and ask them do disable mod_security and if this is disabled ask them about if exists some extra security checks.

The problem with women men online was caused by renaming the fields names, you have renamed from men to Uomo and women to Donna

Strange issue, i’ve never not encounter this issue with bbPress,

I suggest you to update theme and plugins to latest version

Theme last version : 3.1.3

After you do theme and plugins update i suggest you to go to wp-admin -> updates -> Re-install Now
