I dont know what you should tell them, but its not making your site very happy.

In any case, I’ve disabled animations for your site in theme options which helps.

If you view the page source you can see that its producing the header-cover-image div. Kleo removes that for the BP default templates. In any case, you can always hide it with this code

You site is loading old files which is an indication that the cache hasnt been updated.

Did you clear your server cache after the update? Your site is throwing jquery errors which is causing some issues with your member list. Specifically with the BP Profile search plugin.

All the demo pages use VC. You wont be able to use anything in k-elements (see attached). And we will not help you recreate those elements using a different plugin. Other than that, you can do whatever you want as long as you know that its not supported.

An API key isnt the same as your purchase code. Go to your envato account and set up and api key. Use that key in theme options.

The gallery and carousel will scale based on the width of the container. Brake the row into 3 columns (either 1/3+1/3+1/3 or 1/6 + 2/3 + 1/6) and put the content in the center column.

Can you explain “Adding a single image doesnt let me add a link to it.”? Are you saying your link doesnt work? Or perhaps you think that its just not possible to add a link. In which case, it is. You need to change the ‘on click action’ to ‘open custom link’.

For the text block, like with most url fields in WP, you need to add http:// to it.

If by landing page, you mean you have Your latest posts selected in Settings > Reading, then do this:

1 – Theme Options > Blog: Display type = Standard.

2 – Put this in your child theme’s functions.php file. It overrides the excerpt for the front page and will return the full content instead.

Woo updated that label in their latest release. You’re still on Kleo 3.1.3 that doesnt have those changes. Update Kleo.

Hmmm. You can duplicate the row. Set the original to only show on larger screens. Then set the copy to a smaller font and to only show on mobile devices.

Sorry, mis unerstood. I thought you said you were finally able to select a font, but it wasnt showing up on front end. Kleo 4 is going to be released tomorrow. Upgrade to that. There are font fixes in it.

Please read my instructions for #4 again. The line height I’m referring to is a setting in the Custom Heading shortcode. That shortcode that’s producing the text “GET CONNECTED”. I said nothing about your header size.

Register link works fine for me. Make sure you are logged out when you test it.

dont reinstall. One of two things is happening

1 – You need to clear your server cache or purge your CDN if you have those in place.

2 – You need to add this to your child theme’s functions.php file. Then resave your theme options.

1 – Does it work with the 2015 Theme enabled?

2 – Have you looked for a plugin conflict?

3 – Have you run the tools in Tools > Forums?
