Probably a caching issue. Clear your cache. If that doesnt work, try putting this in your child theme’s functions.php file, then resave your permalinks.

You cant change the stars to be something else, but you can delete the particle shortcode if you dont want it on your page.

If you’re merely changing that text, the correct way is to translate it. You’re asking for trouble down the road if you move bp files into your child theme for something as simple as that.

I see a single product. Probably makes sense because you have selected “editor’s picks’ and there is only one product with that tag.

Give me access and I’ll see why the products dont appear. We need to wait for the developers to make the grid design available in order to make it look exactly like they have it, but you can always go into the item design tab and tweak it yourself.

Your site is throwing jquery errors. Disable any plugins that didnt come with Buddyapp and test the registration form again. If it works, then enable your extra plugins to see which one is causing the issue.

The image is a background, so you dont make it smaller. You can adjust how much is showing using the padding fields in the row settings.

The demo products wont be imported in the demo. I see a bit of an issue (I’ve notified the developers about this) with the Post Grid shortcode that displays those products. Just delete that one and readd it. Select to display products, narrow the data source using your category(s) if you want and change the pagination settings. See screenshots for examples.

Did you read the documentation? No, you dont use the add template, you use the import slider. The Kleo sliders are in the zip downloaded from theme forest

This isnt a bug since you’re using a plugin to produce the share buttons. There’s no setting that can be toggle because again, this is a plugin that you’ve added.

There is no mobile file. The max-width:991px tells it to only apply to smaller screens which a mobile device has.

If you dont have the Kleo Child theme enabled, put css in Theme Options > General > Quick CSS

Perhaps it has something to do with the custom code in your child theme. Namely the kleo_vc_my_custom_shortcodes function. To test, enable the Kleo main theme and see if the k-element shortcodes come back. If so, then you know it something within your child theme.

Sounds like you might be trying to install the full zip file from themeforest which includes everything. You need to unzip that on your computer and point the theme install to /main files/wordpress/kleo.zip.

1 – I dont know. You’ll have to compare the settings. If you like the other one better, just use that one. Go to your news page and edit the slider shortcode to use that slider instead.

2 – Did you edit the shortcodes to pick what you wanted to display like I’ve instructed?
