Ah, perfect, thank you very much.
Good to know that it’s already fixed, and your workaround also works like a charm.
Thank you very much,
kind regards,
TomMcNiteflyParticipantHi Laura,
thank you very much.
I had to change the code to
COPY CODE.kleo-main-header .nav li.kleo-megamenu>.dropdown-menu { margin-right: -10px !important; }
and move it to the themes Settings Quick CSS to work, but it was the right approach & helped me resolve the issue.
So thank you very much, works like a charm now πCheers,
TomMcNiteflyParticipantAh, yes, makes sense, now I understand the logic behind the wording.
OK, thank you for your quick help,Tom
McNiteflyParticipantAh, I thought that limits how long the description can be written by the user, not how long the description excerpt is shown.
OK, thanks!
TomMcNiteflyParticipantHi Radu,
perfect, thank you. Now the Hover Breadcrumps are correct.
Would you also have a CSS for the bar above the navirations active page?
Thanks,
TomMcNiteflyParticipantHi Radu,
yeah, that’s the weird thing: In the whole alternate area, there’s not one setting set to blue.
I set the link color and the hover color to red. Everything else is grey or black.I have no idea where the blue comes from…
Please see screenshot, that’s in the alternate area like in your screenshot.
I thought that maybe I’m overriding these seetings with something in the CSS, but I don’t think so … .
Any idea?
Thanks a lot,

Have a nice day,
TomSeptember 23, 2015 at 16:30 in reply to: Problems after Update to KLEO 3.0.9: Partly white startpage & admin bar missing #79132McNiteflyParticipantPerfect, thank you very much, that was it.
Since the Visual Composer was not marked “red” in the plugin list, I did not see that it needed to be updated. But indeed there was the message once I took a closer look.
I updated – now it works. Thanks for you help,

yes, it is a little tricky. Takes a while until you understand what to globally and what to individually “uncheck”.My approach:
Gobally “uncheck” only those plugins that you really need on only a handful of pages. For example the Slider Plugin, which I need only on the start page. I unchecked it globally, and only activated it on the start page.Plugins like woocommerce and Buddypress, I allowed globally and unchecked them on all pages and posts individually where people actually go. (Not on Buddypress and Woocommerce pages, of course ;-)) That is, I individually unchecked it on content pages and posts. Like this, the site is fast on all relevant pages, but “temp pages” like login pages, product review pages and alike don’t run into problems by not having needed plugins activated.
That was my approach, but you definitely will need to play around with it because many things depend on how you structured your site.
Cheers,
TomMcNiteflyParticipantOK, that was a good hint, thanks. Since you couldn’t find the code, I checked all plugins (… although they always worked…). And the last one was the problem: Yuzo – Related Posts. I deactivated it, and now everything is working fine, now.
Thank you very much for your help!Cheers,
TomMcNiteflyParticipantHi, thanks for the quick reply.
Oops, I just mistakingly renamed a folder via FTP. Now the links works again. No, there is no woocommerce installed.
So you think it’s a plugin and not Kleo?
Thanks,
TomMcNiteflyParticipantJust my 5cents (… customer, not 7thQueen related):
Yes, WordPress can quickly get bulky. And if there is a theme that offers so many features like Kleo, … well, that probably does not make it quicker. You simply need a good hoster. I went to WPEngine, and my KLEO site with tons of features runs really fast. So: Yes, if you want to use many features and plugins, you have to work on it. I use “Plugin Organizer” to deactivate plugins like Buddypress on all pages where it is not needed, and that helps A LOT! Without it, the site is slow. With it, the site is fast. Using KLEO – which I think is the coolest theme ever, but that’s a matter of taste, of course.
So it’s probably not the theme that makes your site slow, it’s the plugins … . give it a try to start working there π
Cheers,

Thanks for your help,
TomJuly 18, 2015 at 08:16 in reply to: Can I make let the png of the Logo in the header overlap into the body? #68834McNiteflyParticipantHi Linda, hey, that sounds great – thanks a lot π
July 17, 2015 at 17:37 in reply to: Can I make let the png of the Logo in the header overlap into the body? #68728McNiteflyParticipantOK, thanks Laura.
Does anybody else here in the forum has an idea how I can address the position of the logo regarding the lower margin in the moment when the header is collapsed into the sticky navbar?
Thanks,
TomJuly 16, 2015 at 07:51 in reply to: Can I make let the png of the Logo in the header overlap into the body? #68538McNiteflyParticipantHi Laura,
thanks for the answer. Well, yes, but that would be the workaround.I would like to use the sticky menu.
Is there a way to change the logo position value cia CSS as soon as the header collapses? The logo itself changes size, so there must be a point to grab on to. Isn’t it possible to add a position value at the same point where the information about the changed logo size is stored?
Thanks,
TomMcNiteflyParticipantTo clarify: Please give us the possibility to make the Product Name the h1. Everything else does not make sense… . Thanks π
McNiteflyParticipantYes, the same here: h1 is doubled. And although it is already not good to have two h1s, it’s even worse that the first h1 is the same with all producs.
An upgrade on this one would be great.
Thanks,
TomJuly 15, 2015 at 14:46 in reply to: Can I make let the png of the Logo in the header overlap into the body? #68389McNiteflyParticipantOK, so I found myself the CSS to let the logo overlap on the bottom:
COPY CODE.logo img { margin-bottom: -66px; width: auto; }
Now the interesting thing: How can I please add a CSS so that the position of the logo adapts when the header collapses when scrolling?
Currently, the logo gets smaller, but is stays too low. I have to ajust the margin-bottom value when the header collapses.
Thanks,

is there a chance of getting some help on this topic? I provided you with a login a week ago – please tell me if there is anything else I can do to help you getting this thing solved. Any help would be highly appreciated since this bug is pretty much the last thing I have to solve technically to get this project running.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you,
kind regards,
TomMcNiteflyParticipantHmm.
Really weird.I can change the page layout of the single product page, but no matter what sidebar I choose, no widgets show up. Even with the main sidebar selected on the single product page, which works fine on all other pages.
I played around a lot with deactivating other plugins, but it had no effect at all.
Do you have maybe other tools to “have a look” inside the page? Why are the widgets hidden?
Thanks,
