That happens because of the Visual Composer plugin that has to be updated to work with WordPress 3.9. Re-download Kleo files and you will find the new version in the main package downloaded from Themeforest in Plugins folder, js_composer.zip
You can just delete the plugin and upload the new one.

Update the theme and K-elements plugin to versions 1.4.1 and it should be compatible with WP 3.9

You haven’t specified the error you get or any other clues. Try setting WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php file to see any errors

You extract the files, connect by FTP to your server, go to wp-content/themes/kleo and put the files from the archive to replace existing theme files(you should see the same folder structure in the theme as in the archive).

Hi, Users aren’t required to change their name after registration. We have added this step in case you have other profile fields added and the users registering with Facebook to see that and complete those fields.

To disable that redirect you can add a code to your child theme functions.php and specify a redirect to homepage after Facebook login:

Hi, You need to define Buddypress pages from Settings – Buddypress – Pages. Then you can change the BUddypress layout from Theme options – Buddypress. Add widgets to the sidebar from Appearance – Widgets

It depends very much on you hosting since the theme should work well. You should take into consideration the plugins that add extra loading times like Buddypress, Revslider, etc.
Buddypress 2.0 should be faster, developers say they have done big improvements to the core.
Right now there are still small problems with Buddypress 2.0 and we are releasing and update in a couple of days.

Hi, if you want to make custom changes to the template go ahead and edit header.php and footer.php files that are found inside the theme folder. Also you can use the child theme so you won’t lose your changes on a new theme update. Using the child theme implies copying the template files you want to modify to the child theme folder and doing the changes there.

There you should add PHP conditionals like is_user_logged_in()

Making those changes implies custom work which requires programming skills and a dedicated amount of time that isn’t covered by our support team
