Age range can’t be matched, only field values can be matched so you can match the exact same age if you like
Text boxes are matched by the whole value as well as other single value fields.
Add your fields from Users – Profile fields and then include them in the code above
Right now the matching calculates the sum based on your fields. You will have to hire a developer to extend the functionality.

Those should be larger. Maybe your uploaded image is very very small or your thumb size is set to be very small. See this to change default avatar size: http://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/guides/customizing-buddypress-avatars/

Nothing like a hidden or special setting. Permalink settings are under Settings – Permalinks. Make sure to select Post name for example or any other pretty link.

Yes you can change them but then you need to change which one you want to display as tabs next to profile using the code above. Make sure the new added field has the exact name as in the code

Try setting the multisite there without any extra plugin, just the basic buddypress, bbpress and see how it goes.
We already did some test on our environment and works with multisite enabled

– go to /wp-admin/options.php
– search for revslider-valid-notice and set to true
– Save changes from bottom of the page
