I don’t remember if this was a custom CSS line but to fix this you need to add:

COPY CODE

.activity-list span.avatar, #whats-new-avatar, #activity-stream div.avatar, #activity-stream div.activity-avatar
{
 left: -28px !important;
}

if you allready have this in style.css file from your child theme, you will have to decrease the value from -30px to -28px

..\themes\kleo\lib\item-likes.php

if you want the users to sort posts based on number of likes you will need to custom code this functionality…

that error comes from the fact that you need to have the contact form 7 plugin installed first and then do the import of the .xml file.

if you activate the child theme won’t cancel your modifications you already did… you don’t need to disable the parent theme…

” A child theme is a theme that inherits the functionality of another theme, called the parent theme. Child themes allow you to modify, or add to the functionality of that parent theme. A child theme is the best, safest, and easiest way to modify an existing theme, whether you want to make a few tiny changes or extensive changes. Instead of modifying the theme files directly, you can create a child theme and override within. ”

For debugging this, first thing would be to disable all the plugins that don;t come with the theme and activate them one by one and see what is the one that gives you conflicts.

I deactivated two plugins and your problem is not there anymore… find similar plugins and test if you get the same thing.

I see you did some modification to the header structure like adding a blank logo and also adding a custom header background there the logo in included in the picture… the theme by default has the menu appearing under the logo… you need some code development to achieve this…

For redirecting users to a certain page after login, you can use this plugin:

and for the second question, the file you need to modify is:

the lines where the link to homepage is added are those:
