    Hi,

    You should remove it to test if it is causing the issue you’re experiencing or not. The error could be from another source so it is worth ruling it out first.

    Hi,

    Try removing the script and purging your cache(s) do you still see the same menu issue?

    Also, where did you place the script? It should be placed where I said, under any closing script tag that is already there.

    Hi,

    When you click the manual activation it carries out the same actions as the user clicking the activation link from within their email. I do not believe a secondary email is sent when an admin manually activates a user.

    Hi,

    The manage registration screen is where pending users are stored until they activate and log into their accounts. This is a BuddyPress anti-spam measure for handling user registrations.

    Once a user has activated and logged into their account the user record is stored in the standard users screen as opposed to the manage registrations screen. Any user who remains in the manage registrations screen has yet to activate their account.

    It is very unlikely that your site did not process sending the activation email – especially if others are receiving them. It is far more likely that either it was sent to their spam folder, rejected by the mail client or never left the server. You will need to look into your server mail logs to confirm emails are leaving the server and if they are being returned or delivered – which in both cases is a hosting / email issue.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    It is possible to do, to some degree, with CSS. However this will have its limits and it looks like you already have custom CSS in place on the groups page.

    To go beyond this you will need to restructure the groups directory page. You can do this in update safe way by copying the below file from your KLEO parent theme to the KLEO child theme.

    /wp-content/themes/kleo/buddypress/groups/groups-loop.php

    /wp-content/themes/kleo-child/buddypress/groups/groups-loop.php

    You will need to create the folder structure /buddypress/groups/ in the KLEO child theme if it does not exist already. The code you need to edit is line 38 onward.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    Both of those two jobs would likely go to Radu or Abe given that there are multiple factors between them such as coding, compatibility and multiple device support.

    Hi,

    We are all part of the custom work team but at different levels. For example styling, integrations and setups may be completed by Laura or myself and more complex development work may be completed by Radu or Abe. Rates and who the work is assigned to depends on the skill requirements and hours of the job at hand.

    For a specific quote you will have to email dev@seventhqueen.com with your specific requirements.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    We’re certainly available for custom development work but that is something we handle in one centralized place where we can handle tracking and tasks.

    If you would like to hire the development team for customization work you can email dev@seventhqueen.com with as much information about your project as possible, and where appropriate links to tickets with more information.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    Please try the below custom CSS

    COPY CODE
    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    section:nth-child(1) {
        margin-top: 0px !important;
    }

    Hi,

    With Gravity Forms you would manually create a new registration page that was not assigned in the BuddyPress options to house your form.

    Within Gravity Forms you would build a user registration form that suited your design needs to register a user and update any x profile fields you wished. For technical and tutorial information on how you would achieve that you would need to speak directly to the Gravity Forms team – we would not be able to advise or assist you in building complex forms with third party plugins.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    Realistically they can’t, not without extensive PHP changes to how BuddyPress handles the registration process. SweetDate, or any BuddyPress theme, does not create that page we simply render the BuddyPress registration form. I have attached a screenshot showing you how they’re two distinctive divs in the HTML.

    You could go down the route of making your own registration form with the aid of third party premium plugins like Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms or BuddyForms if you really wanted to customize the registration process.

    Note: The above plugins are suggestions that you would need to research thoroughly to see if they meet your requirements or not. We would not be able to provide you with third party plugin support should an issue arise with you configuring these plugins and their forms.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    It looks like Radu has already answered this question for you and given you the code that would need to be manipulated by your own code. If you’re not comfortable developing in PHP then you would need to hire a developer to assist you with this as it is not within the scope of the support offered via the forum.

    If you wish you can talk one of our own developers to discuss your needs by emailing dev@seventhqueen.com

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    That wouldn’t be doable with a quick CSS fix, would you like me to refer this question to one of our developers for review to see if they have a solution for this?

    Hi,

    To get your SSL Seal Code (if you have one) you will need to talk to your host if that is where your SSL is from or your certificate author if you purchased an SSL certificate from another provider.

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting your CSS and the login details, I am unable to find a cause for the display of the secondary right sidebar using width and width calcs. I will ask one of our developers to look into this for you, they’ll be in touch as soon as they can, Monday to Friday – East European Time.

    Hi,

    Can you post the whole of your custom CSS in this ticket, using the code tag from the editor before and after the CSS so it is wrapped.

    If not please update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials so I can inspect it there. The CSS you show above is not related to the width of the sidebar.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    You can override the email content and templates for Paid Memberships Pro by copying the email folder from the plugin into the SweetDate Child theme and editing to suit your needs.

    From the support article

    COPY CODE
    Overriding the PMPro Email Templates

    1. Create a “paid-memberships-pro” folder in your active theme.
    2. Create an “email” folder in the paid-memberships-pro folder in your active theme.
    3. Copy the email templates you want to customize from plugins/paid-memberships-pro/email into themes/{active theme}/paid-memberships-pro/email
    4. Edit the html files in themes/{active theme}/paid-memberships-pro/email as needed.

    You can read more about how to do this here https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/member-communications/customizing-email-templates/.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    I think this issue is coming from the width value but I cannot confirm as you do not store your custom CSS in the KLEO Child theme style.css

    Are you using custom width and/or width calculations for the sidebar anywhere in your CSS? If so, refer back to the custom width and adjust your CSS to suit your custom width values.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us about your user experiences. Firstly the CSS you show should not be used unless you wish to hide sections within the profile.

    To address the issue of seeing the header when switching between profile sections you can use the below script in WP Admin > SweetDate > General Settings > Scroll to: ‘Analytics Code’

    COPY CODE
    <script>
    jQuery(document).ready(function() {
    	jQuery("#item-nav .item-list-tabs a, #subnav a").each(function() {
    		jQuery(this).attr('href',jQuery(this).attr('href')+"#item-nav");
    	});
    });
    </script>

    This code scrolls the page to the item-nav and subnav elements of a profile when switching between the sections. I think this will resolve the core of the issue for you.

    Let me know,

    Kieran

    Hi, Thanks for contacting us about text and translations. To configure the header banner content please go to WP Admin > Theme Options > Header Options > Scroll to: 'Header Banner content*' and enter your desired content within the text area. It appears directly below the header option (6) that you have selected (see attached screenshot). With regards to the rest of the highlighted areas you will need to install Loco Translate and translate the main KLEO theme. We've written a guide on this which you can find here https://archived.seventhqueen.com/general/article/how-to-translate-or-change-words-from-any-theme-plugin. Once you have installed this plugin and have setup translation for the theme search for each one of the strings you wish to translate. Thanks, Kieran
