I was asking when you login, with an account other than an admin account, are you redirected or not? With the redirect you show in your screenshot an admin account will not be redirected – only a subscriber.
If you would like me to set this up for you please update this ticket, in a private reply, with login details for an admin account and a standard user (subscriber).

You can use Loco Translate to translate SweetDate and plugins if you wish, and it is a plugin we recommend. However, I do not believe it will translate profile fields.

In that case the issue is specific to the plugin and not an issue with either theme. You’ll need to contact the plugin authors support for assistance on this matter as we cannot fix third party plugins. When making changes in the Child theme you’ll find you likely don’t have the file structure in place already.
You’ll need to create any/all folders to your path so that it is mirrored perfectly. In this case you would need to create a folder in the SweetDate Child theme called assets, and within that a folder called images.
/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/assets/images/up_page.png
CSS for the profile drop down arrow is as below
COPY CODE.btn-profile .button.dropdown.split.tiny span:after { border-color: #ff0101 transparent transparent transparent; }
And CSS for the drop down on the front search form is as follows
COPY CODE.form-search.custom div.custom.dropdown a.selector:after { border-color: #ff0101 transparent transparent transparent; }
If you’d like to target all drop downs in the same way use the below CSS instead
COPY CODEa.selector:after { border-color: #ff0101 transparent transparent transparent !important; }

With just CSS on the image element that is as good as it will get because there is no way to align the HTML/CSS with the actual image as there are minor differences between the two.
For this element to look pristine, in your desired colour, you should edit the attached PSD file.
I think you’re right in what you saying that this element should be made from purely HTML/CSS and I will pass this on to the developers for consideration.

I wouldn’t think either method to be any slower or faster than one another as they’re all eventually their own .css file and would be 1 file load regardless.
Using style.css would make more sense if you plan to make many changes as it’ll be easier to view and comment throughout. It can also be easily downloaded and then worked on with an editor like Visual Studio Code.

When you save your changes in Theme Options, are the changes there when the page reloads? If they are then this is definitely a caching issue as the changes have been committed. There are many types of caching and a WordPress plugin is only one layer. You should speak to your host about what caching they have enabled on your server and if a CDN is serving any content. All caches need to be purged for your server to issue the latest files to the browser.

It’s important that you carry out the test in which you switch to Twenty Seventeen and test all of the issues to see if they’re theme related in the mean time.

To test please keep rtMedia deactivated, go to any activity and leave a comment, refresh the page with Ctrl+F5 to clear the cache and see if the comment has posted.

Secondary buttons are elements within the theme that should be styled in a different way, whether that is more muted or bold is up to you. Try changing the colour to bright yellow or green, save your options, clear your cache and check the front end to see which elements change.
Some secondary button elements are ‘profile’ in the header, ‘read more’ for the posts element, ‘view profile’ within the members directory and the ‘search’ button on forms – there are obviously many more elements than this but it should give you an idea.

Unfortunately I cannot access your website from the United Kingdom. When I attempt to navigate to your site I am forwarded to Google.com.
I am unable to see what version of KLEO you’re running but my guess is it was before the changes were made to the update process. Please do the following to restore the automatic update process and update KLEO
– Go to ThemeForest.com and download the installable WordPress file for KLEO
– Go to WP Admin > Themes and delete the KLEO theme (not KLEO Child)
– Go to WP Admin > Themes > Add New > Button: Upload and upload your new copy of KLEOThis will update KLEO to the latest version. Make sure to go to WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins and ensure any bundled plugins you have installed are updated.
Whilst there, please install the Envato Market plugin and follow the below article to activate future updates.

To access the PSD files you’ll need to go to ThemeForest and select ‘All file & documentation’ from the download drop down. Then you can unzip the file and you’ll find the PSD files inside.
You can’t change an image with CSS but you can alter the content around it – for example the semi transparent circle in which it resides. If this is the area you wish to change then please let me know exactly what you’d like and I will send you the CSS.

I’ve checked out the back-end of your site and it looks like you do indeed have a lot of menus and menu items. This leads me to believe the issue is caused by max input vars. Can you therefore make contact with your host and ask them to at least double the value they currently have you set at. Please note your server should ve restarted for these changes to take effect.
Please let me know if this solves your issue. If it doesn’t please let me know what the original and new value for max vars was/is.

What is it you would like to achieve? Are you trying to redirect a user once they login to a specific page? If so, please try Peter’s Login Redirect which can be found in the WordPress.org plugin repository under WP Admin > Plugins > Add New.

bbPress reply ID’s are generated as a reply is created and is not specific to the topic or forum that you’re in.
If you’re in a topic where the first reply has an ID of 0004 but the second reply has an ID 0010 then that means there have been 5 other replies, in other topics, in the time between the two replies within that single topic.
This is not related to the theme and is a function of bbPress. It may be possible, though inadvisable, to change this behaviour but it would take considerable time and coding to achieve. You would need to hire a developer to achieve this for you as it is beyond the scope of the support offered with the theme.

Thanks for contacting us about several issues that you’re facing. Can you update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials for your site – only you and I will see these details. I do not currently have access to the general support@ email account.
There are a lot of different things covered within the various PDFs and I think it would be best to first check a few things. Please can you do the following
– Disable all caching (keep disabled)
– Ensure KLEO, K Elements, BuddyPress and bbPress are updated to the most recent releases
– Disable all plugins except for K Elements, BuddyPress and bbPress
– Switch from KLEO Child theme to the KLEO parent themeFor each of these steps please clear your browsers cache (Ctrl+F5) and test each issue again.
If X issue disappears when you disable all other plugins then one of the plugins you disabled is causing a conflict with bbPress/BuddyPress – enable them again, one by one, until you find the plugin causing the issue.
If X issue disappears when you switch to the KLEO parent theme then you have custom code that is effecting the function of bbPress/BuddyPress. You’ll need to make a backup of your KLEO Child theme changes and remove one file at a time, testing after each removal, until you find the changes causing the issue.
If you still have issues with some or all of the points raised after carrying out this testing then please go to WP Admin > Themes and install/activate the Twenty Seventeen default WordPress theme. Clear your browsers cache to ensure you have the latest files. Do some or all of the issues persist?
Please detail below your findings for each point.

It should only check periodically or when you visit WP Admin > Dashboard > Updates. You can however disable the check for updates by going to WP Admin > Plugins and disable the Envato Market plugin. You can then activate this plugin and check for updates as and when you need to.
