Hello, if the counter shows 0 members online make sure you have members online and that they have setup their gender at i am a profile field.
For the fields you could use conditional fields plugin to show different fields for women and for men ( using the i am a profile field as the conditional field, here is the plugin: https://buddydev.com/plugins/conditional-profile-fields-for-buddypress/

Video or Music tabs are not available right now, i am sorry.

You could use the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-members-only/ To restrict access to logged in members. By default the theme does not require login to access the site so you need a plugin to do that 🙂
