Hello copy the file loop-forums.php at wp-content/themes/kleo/bbpress and paste it at the child theme inside bbpress folder (create it) then you can edit it and try to add the code

Hello, i understand what you mean, but that is not available right now, you could do this by editing the category archive and adding visual composer shortcodes with php to automatically fill the category id with the current category page. I am sure a developer could do that fr you easily 🙂

Hello, f they appear as wordpress users then they should be at buddypress too, try to login with one of them and check if you have a profile. Keep in mind that they wont appear unless they have logged in at least once

Hello, you could use number fields for that, but for range fields i would suggest to use bp search plugin.
You could create an advanced search using https://archived.seventhqueen.com/sweetdate/article/add-advanced-search-members-directory and instead of our horizontal form shortcode, you could add bp search shortcode, i could create this for you with ftp and admin credentials 🙂
