1- Try https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/bp-registration-options/
2- That is a bit more difficult, if #1 doesnt work with it, then you will need a developer to integrate it
3- Check https://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-profile-visibility-manager/ But as buddypress has now that feature as a core, this plugin is a bit useless. To change buddypress core features you will need the help of a developer
4- You could use the ajax search plugin
5- With a plugin for popups, check in codecanyon or wordpress repository, i think there are a couple that can do that 🙂
6- That is not available right now
