Hello, we can help with theme issues and other plugin issues, the slider lets you hide it in mobile, as you dont want to use that setting and you want to adjust it by code, actually the only way, then its a custom request, not a small one so thats why i suggest to hire a developer.

Hello, might be because of another plugin creating a conflict, please try deactivating some and testing again 🙂

Hello, you need to compress your website files at the file manager of your hosting, so it gives you a .zip of all your files, then export the database at phpmyadmin of your hosting. The in the new hosting/server you need to export the files in the directory and import the database inside the new one.
