It will return both male and females from new york, now copy the URL of your browser in the search results page.

Go to Appearance > Menus and add a custom menu link, caste the search result link and name it New York Users, then save.
Each time an user visits this link it will show the same search you did.

Hello, the login issue is related to a custom css
As you can see in the screenshot, the login buttons have a margin that makes it go BELOW the menu links, so it makes it not clickable
That is why they should be on top of it, i suggest to delete that margin.

About the tabs issue, i didnt do anything that could affect it
