Hello, you can manually install each plugin zip ( the paid ones includes in the theme ) by going to your downloaded folder and in sweetdate/lib/ you will find each plugin zip
in kleo its kleo/lib/inc

The free plugins just find them in wordpress repository

Hello, this would maybe require the help of a developer, but these are some tips:

– Use a caching plugin like W3Total Cache, with object cache (database cache if object cache creates duplicate stuff), page cache, browser cache… with settings like http://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/configuring-w3-total-cache-general-settings-i–cms-20920 DO NOT ENABLE MINIFY

– Use a CDN ( Cloudflare, MAXCDN…)

– Use Remove query strings from static resources plugin

– Use an image optimizer plugin like Smush it

– Use a Lazy load plugin
