Hello, you can only add that editing the template and using do shortcode, a developer can help you set it up, the information area does not allow shortcodes
So you will need to edit the header section where the breadcrumb is, add the do shortcode and the shortcode and wrap it in a div with a class that later will have a css which will make it show only on .buddypress

(I can help you set it up, with some tie and ftp access )

Your users won’t show at new users or at the directory until they login, activation is not login

Hello, it depends, if your plugin also blocks them to be indexed you won’t be able to index them.
Have you tried paid membership pro? It let’s you individually block posts for certain user levels but they are indexed
