ParticipantHi Laura,
Just a few more critical bugs found with the members directory. The full address is showing even though the option to show the address is unticked in the settings. I have the premium setting add on purchased and this is a massive privacy issue that is switched off everywhere else in the site already through the custom settings.
The avatar pictures in the popup on the map are not styled in anyway and often look broken.
The location icon always displays the total number of members on the map for every location that is not grouped.
Thanks in advance.

ParticipantI have tried turning off all other plugins in local environment but looks like it has no effect to the layout issues with Geo my WP members directory
PeterGould
ParticipantThanks I am now creating a local version and using duplicator to get it working local for testing updates

ParticipantHaving the same issues here – regretting the update – do we know when the new Kleo will be coming out?
PeterGould
ParticipantHow is this done?
Okay, try adding “Profile Link” to the meta. That worked for me.
PeterGould
ParticipantYeah of course it’s free to sign up and would love any advice tips or tricks on the build!

ParticipantTa – I nearly had it I tried the same class but had left the .kleo-toggle-submenu in thanks again!
PeterGould
ParticipantSorry I just noticed I have the same layout issue with the search popup as well I tried this but didn’t work.
COPY CODE.kleo-search-nav .kleo-toggle-submenu { margin-top: 20px; margin-right:3px; }

ParticipantPerfect seemed to do the trick. Not sure what is interfering but seems to be good now.
Cheers for the support!

ParticipantAll of my plugins are up to date I had a similar issue that the chat icon was also too high on mobile, that was fixed in another post by a Quick CSS suggested by one of the moderators.
COPY CODE} @media (max-width: 991px) { .kleo-mobile-icons { display: inline-block; float: right; margin-top: 7px !important; }

ParticipantYou can do it by adding a shortcode plugin and then calling that in the URL. I have used it successfully on my site
PeterGould
ParticipantHi there,
I had the same question and added a nice little plugin that allows you to use the shortcode anywhere including URL’s.
Just add this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-shortcodes/
And then you can use the shorcodes to make custom URL’s
PeterGould
ParticipantThanks RG worked for me too – I think there are plenty of sites having this issue. I think it is when you allow for indented replies in your forum.
PeterGould
ParticipantThis did the trick! If anyone else has the same issue
COPY CODEdiv#gmw-cl-hidden-form-wrapper { display:none; }
PeterGould
ParticipantThat looks like it is part of the GEO My WP location plugin. any Idea how to remove the space?
PeterGould
ParticipantHi Laura,
No as I mentioned I found using rows allows you to pretty much get the size you want just thought I would ask as feels buggy that the visual composer settings are ignored and a workaround is needed.
PeterGould
ParticipantThanks – I will have a look at adding it this way – I will have to purchase the members directory separably? I know it is included as part of your other theme?
Will there be a future release of this functionality in an update as it looks like this post was a while back.

ParticipantHI can anyone have a look at the question above has this been a common issue with the updated Kleo? I am still looking around for a solution and can see that a few other people have had the same issue. Most had to edit their core php to deal with it. Cheers

ParticipantAlso getting this in admin
Please update rtMedia template files if you have overridden the default rtMedia templates in your theme. If not, you can ignore and hide this notice.

ParticipantOk got it – you have to add the image using the classic veiw add media option or it will no show up. The visual composer (which is amazing) does not work for this but you can simply switch back to classic mode and add it manually and it shows up. May a good bug fix…
PeterGould
ParticipantThe post is standard and the setting for Get Featured Image From Content is turned on there is a single image added to the post at the top that is using the single image from the back-end visual composer. As you can see the image is not showing on the grid view.
