Tried to make quick a snippet but not works, there will need a dedicated time to acheive this task, our rate it’s 50$/hour for small talks like those.(1hour)

Hi,

The issue comes frmo the content-egg plugin that loads again bootstrap frameworks over ours!

You should look in plugin settings for an option that prevents the bootstrap to be loaded.

If that option missing ask the plugin author for a function that prevents loading the bootstrap js.

The issue not comes from our theme but from environment.

The import problem cam be caused by some server settings and amount of data that you import via POST to server.

If you faced problems importing demo content, please, make sure that your php.ini settings are not less than:

max_execution_time = 120
memory_limit = 256M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M

You can contact your hosting company for more details and assistance on it.

Also please provide a reason since you now got the theme and a refund should have strong reasons

Hi,

The theme settings from parent and child are separated, example : if you have child theme activated and you have made your theme adjustments using the child theme, when you activate the parent theme the theme options remain in child theme to can have that in both variants you should import from child theme to parent theme the theme settings that can be imported/exported from wp-admin -> theme options -> import/export.

So, settings from child to parent and vice-versa are separated, you will have to import the theme settings from one to another.

So not sure if you will still need my ip but the IP it’s 5.12.71.105 ( it’s a dynamic IP )

Tomorrow i will test under physical ipad but it’s 2 i don’t have ipad 3.

Fixed, so the sarch it’s there it works, there was complete mess plugin non active , sweetdate old version that wasn’t capable for elementor and so on… now shuuld be ok, next time pay attention to which theme you activate, since there are more sweetdate themes, leave only the latest one

I remained that i’ve done a similar thing in the past… and i’ve done same thing again… if you cannot handle the updates and maintain the website hire a web developer.

I was able to reproduce that also on my local install and cannot find a quick solution to make the tooltip displays, i will add this into bug list and i will be fixed in next theme versions

Will be notified once it’s fixed including the fix.

The image sizes can be adjusted from wp-adminn -> theme options -> blog -> Enable Custom Image sizes -> YES. But tell me more exactly where you are using the 1920 image width to can tell you exactly.

That isn’t possible since the html structure not permit to add a title for every icon outside the border using this shortcode at at all.

An alternative to can name the icons it’s to add a tile for each icon, in the title section.

1. Please be very specific including screenshots that pointing our or videos + live url to can see that! So give me the live url where i can see that. I’m referring to the demo website not your install cuz the missaligned things can be caused by some custom changes or plugins conflicts etc.

In 3.0 version we have implemented Elementor plugin and updated our templating logic once with buddypress that’s so many changes there.

Tried to login to your dashboard to see how the things are behaving, but the admin credentials are not correct, can you please provide to me the correct one please ?

I will re-import the homapage like in our demo and then you can re-adjust your content in new homempage.

Related to the search button at the top, i recommend you to use the change that was maden in the past…

Also ftp credentials may help maybe it will be needed to update the theme

The member loops uses the bp_ajax_querystring function to build member results aslo this function has a filter with you can alterate the query, the filter it’s : bp_ajax_querystring / https://codex.buddypress.org/developer/function-examples/bp_ajax_querystring/

So there should be made a custom function/s that check it’s there it’s member directory and only then to run that function and also should be builded the logic of your flow.
