The provided files not affecting what you show me(that erros) you can revert the files changes by re-uploading the theme files via FTP over the existing theme files.

The debug should be always to false excluding cases when you debugging, so in first instance set those constants to false values

Actually, i cannot activate the plugin because it require ftp credentials and i cannot install it… just apply this to your wp-config.php

Your site has lot of custom stylings if you will remove the CSS from quick CSS area (backup it) and save theme options and empty all caches the menus will look the same in mentioned pages ?

those options should be visible directly… without do special things, if you cannot see those fields, try to delete the theme and to re-download it from theme forest and upload it again.

If this will not work and you encounter same issue, pease provide FTP + Admin credentials in a private reply to investigate
