1. You should check inner container no from visual composer row that contains the portfolio shortcode : see here how you can enable de-activate inner container no/yes https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bxo5b6iHWRMwT2MtQWVjMXhvMVU

2. No option and no quick solution for that

3. Just edit your portfolio page using visual composer then add essential grid element and you should be able to do that.

4. That section it’s created manually using post grid(see screenshot) pulling rest of the portfolio items + a heading text

You can control the border around the photo using this CSS

}

So revert color setting and add that CSS to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css

Replace red with your desired color code and replace 5px with your desired value

In the first instance, we need to check if this issue it’s caused by some of your plugins, so de-activate all except pmpro and that addon and check again If this continue to happens, activate wp default theme(twenty sixteen) and check again.

I’ve recommended to you to activate wp debug log and to provide it to me, provide the debug log file.

If it works with default theme and with kleo not please provide FTP + WP admin + the plugin attacched here to can take a closer look

What shortcode do you have placed there ? You should increase the photo size from that shortcode.
