Personally i think one of the plugins conflicts with that. So disable all at once except buddypress and access again the https://xenogaming.io/wp-admin/nav-menus.php and check if the icon picker appears like on next screenshot.
If appears, enable back one by one plugins while you check that menus page to see after wahat plugin activate appears.

and it works…
Try to re-download the theme and to re-install it aso you may try to re-generate the API key of the facebook app

The formatting issue it’s also changed when you switch from child to parent so that it’s resulting there may be some CSS in child.
From example copy all that css code and save it in a document text for later use, then remove it completely from there and save it and preview, see the differences. Also check for additional CSS under wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/style.css

In the guest view there are no buttons since if you are not logged in you cannot add friend or sent message.
So you want to hide it ? while logged in right ?
Use this css
COPY CODE.members div#send-private-message { display: none !important; }The css will be added to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css.

The avatars seems to be generated in some way with that black space there..

It slows loading because the server process slow the request, the website homepage loads faster not because they caches that.
Try to re-upload a photo that it’s normal without black space in it to test if it works correctly. So there seems to be a problem with those dummy avatars.

For the moment there is no place from where you can edit that, you can do it via translation method using a plugin like loco translate or wpml.

SO if you encounter the same only with Buddypress plugin activated and using default theme it’s a BP issue, at this moment tried hard to make the mailtrap to work on my local environment bout for some reason the emails are not catching and it you already confirmed the bug you can report it directly.

IF on our demo it’s ok and on your install isn’t it may be a conflict with one of your current installed plugins, try to de-activate them all except visual composer and k-elements, check it looks as it should, if it’s the same disable also the child theme and empty all caches, then check.
