ModeratorJust to the next
Set off for bootstrap js in download manager. This was caused similar problems with the menus in the past and that was the solution.

After you do that empty caches and try again.
Anyway on chrome i’m able to use the menu !

ModeratorHi,
1. Yes..
2. I mean if you had overwritted the structure of any of the parent php file in child like members.php it may cause issues !
3. Don’t know! not familiar. if the issue happens using default theme is not theme related.
Cannot see any update button nowhere.
So do the next, update theme and buddypress+rtmedia+all plugins then follow my advices from the link in previous ticket, by unchecking from the homepage tab and the rest.
IF stil have problems de-activate all plugins except buddypress and bp profile search and check.
Cheers

ModeratorHi,
I see, in this case that can be caused by some plugin in most cases download manager causes that!
Try to switch off the download manager then empty all of your caches and check again.
In the plugin setting it’s somewhere a checkbox that prevents their JS boostrap to be loaded. check that!

Try to de-activate all plugins and child theme! Then make sure you have latest theme option and check agian to register.

ModeratorHi,
The image and text description from main content area it’s shown by default, see the screenshot

Your attachments seems to the the same with the frontend only.
The website homepage says “Coming Soon!” i cannot see it live.
Try to update the theme and the woocommerce plugin, try also to disable child theme and all plugins except woocommerce , then check if the problem had disappeared, if yes enable back plugins one by one, until you find the plugin that interfere with that.
Let me know

If you need to change the color only to the like word use this css

ModeratorHi,
It may be some setting on the server that should be changed.
Follow these steps to enable wp debug:
- Connect to your server by FTP
- Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
- Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG', true );- After this line add this:
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.
If it’s something related to the php memory allocation follow this : https://seventhqueen.com/blog/code-snippets/increase-php-memory-limit-in-wordpress.html
