I keep telling you this. You need to purge the cache. I logged in, clicked purge SG cache and now the color is blue. Please, either disable your cache until you have your site set up or remember to purge it after changes.

You can add

to make the avatar bigger, but the issue is that the shortcode pulls a 50px avatar so it will look pixelated.

If you just want to move the info below the avatar, remove this part of your custom css.

I never seen that plugin. You can request that Kleo supports it in the new Feature Request section to be voted on. In the meantime, you can turn off buddypress integration and your site will use the standard woo endpoints for managing accounts.

I meant using VC’s backend editor. By the way you described your issue, it sounded like you were using VCs frontend editor.

The avatars look fine to me in the members list.

The blank square is from the Extra_Fields_Members_Directory function you have in your functions.php file. Instead of using the bp_directory_members_item filter, try bp_member_header_actions or bp_profile_header_meta

I think its a yoast issue, not WP. Anyhow, disable yoast seo, edit and save your page, then enable yoast seo.

You need to have plugin that will add the og code. Most of us use Yoast SEO plugin that will generate that for you. But there are others out there.

Thank you for the suggestions. Some things to note about this. As you probably know, the list is masonry, so it calculates the size of the member box and displays the next one accordingly. Even though you show the first one being smaller, it can actually be larger if you’ve posted an update. So just removing the buttons isn’t going to solve the alignment issue. See attached.

Kleo has only formats the information (buttons, activity time, activity) that Buddypress spits out. So while it would be possible for Kleo to have some switches in theme settings to turn off certain parts of that list, its not going to have any insight into that “block” button you have there and therefore will not be able to hide it.

While you think there should only be an image there, you’re the first one to suggest that while there have been several support questions on how to add more information to the box. But that’s why we’ve created a way for all of this to be voted on 🙂

In the meantime there are several topics on how to increase the avatar size and hide information. You can also create a custom member page using the members grid shortcode, but all searches will revert back to the masonry page. http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/buddypress-members/

We dont have the time to test the changes we give you to ensure they wont screw up other parts of the site. You ask us for a solution for 1 item and we give you that solution without knowing or remembering that we gave you other code. Its up to you to remember that and to remove it if there is an issue with another part of the site. Then you can come back to us and say that it worked, but it messed up something else.

Yes, I see 3 featured items as I’ve shown you in the image I attached previously. But if the page width is smaller, it will only show 2.

Can I suggest that you set up a test site that doesnt have any modifications so that you can refer to it when you have issues to see if its a Kleo issue or something you’ve done to the site?

If you look at your page source, somewhere you’ve hardcoded the background color.

Its only going to display as many featured items as it can fit. The smaller the screen size, it will move one to the bottom.
