The better question is why is your text white? Do you have a dark header and you set the text to while in Theme Options?

Just a heads up. I integrated Woos “my account” pages into buddypress. I’m fairly confident that it will be in Kleo 2.4 (see woo_bp for a sample)

The majority of your questions are not Kleo related, but lets see if we can knock some of these out.

1 & 3 – Would be happy to take a look, but you didnt provide a link 🙂 Do so privately with credentials as well

2 & 4 – Do a google search or ask over on the Buddypress forums since its their plugin.

5 – There’s no ETA on this. I dont think its planned for 2.4.

6 – That’s usually a hosting/server issue. There’s some topics here about it, but probably better to do a google search. That’s a standard WordPress function. Kleo doesnt touch it.

No problem. Since VC comes packaged with Kleo, you wont get update notifications. You need to check the Kleo change log to see if there is a VC udpate. Also… And very important, never install a version of VC (if you buy a license from them) that is newer than the one included with the latest version of Kleo. It may not work.

Male is included in female because the word “male” is part of the word “female”. That is the way the search works by default.

Yes it will. Do not install it until Kleo 2.4 is released. I talked to @abe today and he’s been working on VC compatibility specifically. There were quite a few changes in VC that need to be incorporated into the Kleo specific VC shortcodes. Should be a few more days or so.

I enabled the main kleo theme and your problem went away. You edited something in kleo child that caused the issue.

There’s probably a way to inject that plugins shortcode into the Buddypress registration page, but its probably better to use a plugin that is buddypress specific since Buddypress uses their own registration page

Its not a typo in the theme. I came up with that code to fix the issue with groups on sites hosted at WPEngine. That’s why I gave you that link.

The issue is that WPEngine is blocking all of those files listed in that code. You’ll see that all of those files are Buddypress files. Not Kleo files.

“original admin bar”. Do you mean before you installed Kleo?

The reason I ask is Kleo shouldn’t effect the admin bar. That’s controlled by WP. All Kleo does is give you the option to hide it.
