Due to the nature of digital goods, it’s not possible to “return” them. Therefore, refunds can only be given for products that are broken and do not work as described. I can assure you that none of my products are broken

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.AbeKeymasterI understand, you don’t want to provide credentials but since this issue is an isolated one and doesn’t happen on other client sites we need to debug it and see what is causing it.
It doesn’t necessarily have to be related to php memory limit but that usually causes most theme problems.Even if is related to memory limit that is not a bad thing and doesn’t have to relate to our theme but more to WordPress platform. This limit can be easily increased from php settings and doesn’t mean your hosting package will change.

You can do a Google search related to “wordpress editor removes empty tags” and you will find some similar problems.
An easy fix is to add a comment inside each span to prevent it:
