My apologies! I have seen your site previously, have you posted in the Facebook KLEO community group before? Either way it looks really nice – great job!
You can always import / export sliders in Slider Revolution – so if you have it setup perfectly on your test site you can export it directly from test and import to live. See here for more information: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/import-export-replace/
You can delete the slider if you wish and import again from the demo content in the theme. Download all files from ThemeForest and use the file named news-magazine.zip – import directly into Slider Revolution (as per steps in link above).

Please update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials for your site so I can look into the issue via the back-end.
For clarity there are no longer any blocked images (2) in the browser console.
When I load the page now I only see one blank space after the text ““(The birth mother) chose me and it could have been anybody. She saw something in me that said she’s going to be a great mom and she’s going to give my daughter more than I ever could.”” – is that correct or is there a secondary area?

Are you running the same version on test as your are on live?
Did you do a full migration when you moved from test to live? If so, double check that the settings are still correct in the slider, even if they are, save them and test.

Currently the version we have bundled into KLEO is 5.4.7.4A, if that is not the version you have in WP Admin > Plugins then you can update it by going to WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins.
You’ll have to make sure you have setup automatic updates for KLEO via WP Admin > Theme Options > Theme Update otherwise you won’t see any plugin updates available.

Please try going to WP Admin > Theme Options and saving your theme options again which will regenerate any/all theme CSS. Once you have done this please purge your CDN (if any) and your website cache via WP Admin. Then visit the page with the issue and press Ctrl+F5 to clear your browser cache.
We haven’t changed anything with regards to CSS for tables so there shouldn’t be an issue with any overrides of the plugin you’re using to generate that content. Can you link me to the specific page with that issue so I can look into that for you.

You can use the following tags in your content or menus to generate the post title, author and date.

In the browser console I can see that there are a couple of images that were refused as they were http:// to https:// – did you switch to using an SSL somewhat recently?
If so you have two options
1. Edit the post and upload the images again. They will now have https:// rather than http://
2. Install Really Simple SSL via WP Admin > Plugins > Add New which will force all paths to be https://
If you opt for number one you can still do number two if you have a lot of these issues with the migration to SSL.

I cannot find any related tickets regarding this issue. I created a new site running KLEO, K Elements, WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) and Yoast SEO with default settings for all. I found that Yoast SEO have indeed added new scripts with regards to the individual posts but I cannot replicate your issue.
Please can you try the following. For each test please clear your browser cache (Ctrl+F5) on the individual post edit page and test to see if the issue is still present.
– Try other browsers
– Disable all caching (keep disabled for the remainder of the tests)
– Update KLEO and all plugins, including those bundled with the theme via WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins
– Purge CDN
– Disable CDN (keep disabled for the remainder of the tests)
– Disable all plugins except for K Elements and WP Bakery
– Switch to the KLEO parent theme from the KLEO Child themeIf the issue disappears during the plugins test then the issue is coming from a plugin, enable them one by one and test each time until you find the issue.
If the issue disappears when you switch to the KLEO parent theme then the issue is with customizations made to the theme. Backup your changes and disable file by file until you find the issue.
If that doesn’t work please update this ticket with screenshots of the issue (video is better if possible).

I logged into your site and went to WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > SweetDate Child > Style.css and found the CSS was not present in the file.
I added the CSS for you and cleared your website cache and the changes are now reflected on the front-end. Please clear your front-end cache (Ctrl+F5) to see the changes.
I marked your previous reply as private as you sent login details. These details were temporarily sent in the clear they could have potentially been seen by others. Please reset the password to the account mentioned above for your security.

Please make sure you have added this correctly to the child theme’s style.css. When I manually add the code back into the style.css via the front it works as expected.

Arrow Chat – https://www.arrowchat.com/In all cases you will need to have a reliable server with plenty of resources to run any of these chat plugins. Some of the options do offer a premium offloading service which speeds up delivery and negates the impact on your server.
You will need to research and install/integrate these independently.

As I stated above, this will not work with your setup as they are created with Elementor which is using a lot of ID’s and classes that will conflict with this. There is no generic solution in your case and you will need to identify any content you wish to use this CSS with and apply it manually yourself (right click, inspect, for each item)

ModeratorYou can target all images within the sidebar with the below CSS but given that your sidebar content is built with Elementor rather than standard widgets this will not work given all of the extra ID’s and classes that are generating conflicting CSS.

1. The buttons have not disappeared. You’re viewing your own profile and therefore they’re not rendered because you cannot add yourself as a friend and it is unlikely you’ll ever want to click the buttons to @mention or private message yourself.
You can test this by checking your profile and the profile of another member. Then remove the code and check the profiles again.
2. You can customize the colors used for the button with the below CSS

3. Yes, in the code simply add #main to the end of the URL after the /media/

There isn’t actually a theme hook there so it would be quite difficult and complex to add to. You can however make use of the hook kleo_bp_header_actions which will add code (a button) to right of the image where you would see ‘Add Friend’, ‘Public Message’ and ‘Private Message’.
Try adding the below snippet to your SweetDate Child theme’s functions.php file via WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > SweetDate Child > Functions.php
Note: This snippet must be copied from the ticket and not the email otherwise formatting will be lost and cause errors.

This code checks that the user is logged in and that the user is viewing their own profile – if these two conditions are met it will echo the HTML for a button in the meta area (buttons area to the right of the image). When the button is clicked the user will be redirected to the domain.com/members/username/media/ page where they can use the rtMedia uploader.

As per Laura’s reply to C you need to go to WP Admin > Theme Options > BP Profile Tabs. Toggle the feature to on, check the box for rtMedia and enter a label (My photos) for the box. Save and clear cache(s) to see changes.
